At Stern's Coffee, we strive for complete satisfaction with every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are restricted to unopened non-food items and specific quality concerns. Please ensure all return requests are initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Verification Process
For food items or coffee beans, please include photos of the packaging and batch number to help us verify quality standards.
Ship the Item
Once approved, securely pack the unopened non-perishable items and ship them back to our roasting facility using a tracked service.
Refund Issuance
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
